Rix Astroflex M42 SPF
The Rix Astroflex M42 SPF is based on our proven M42 blade with cobalt-molybdenum steel teeth and a chromium-alloyed spring steel backing. In addition, it undergoes our specially developed RixPointFinish (SPF) process, in which the tooth tips are rounded. This completely eliminates the break-in period—the band can be run at full capacity from the very first cut.

- Universally applicable up to approximately 1,300 N/mm²
- Suitable for single and bundled cuts
Rix Astroflex M42 SPF Anwendung
The Rix Astroflex M42 SPF is used for structural steel, case-hardened steel, free-cutting steel, and heat-treated steel—anywhere where setup times and run-in specifications slow down the process. Available in widths ranging from 34 x 1.10 mm to 41 x 1.30 mm with variable tooth pitch from 1/2 to 3/4 ZpZ. We are happy to offer additional strip widths and tooth pitches upon request.
