RIX Astroflex M42
The RIX Astroflex M42 is RIX’s universal bi-metal saw blade for everyday use in workshops and production facilities. With its HSS-M42 cutting edge, it cuts materials with a tensile strength of up to 1,300 N/mm². Its standard tooth geometry makes it a versatile all-rounder for structural steel, free-cutting steel, cast iron, as well as pipes and profiles—cost-effective, smooth-running, and with a long service life.

RIX Astroflex M42 usage
The Astroflex M42 is suitable for structural, tool, free-cutting, and heat-treated steel, as well as for cast iron, brass, pipes, and profiles. The HSS-M42 cutting edge remains stable up to approximately 595 °C and offers high wear and fatigue resistance. Available from 6 x 0.90 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm in all standard tooth pitches.
