Rix Astroflex M51 Top
The Rix Astroflex M51 Top combines HSS-M51 cutting teeth with a 16° rake angle. Thanks to its high cobalt and tungsten content, the band resists extreme wear and high heat, while the positive rake angle facilitates chip removal and chip flow when machining difficult-to-cut materials. This results in aggressive yet low-noise and low-vibration cutting performance with a long service life.

Rix Astroflex M51 Top Anwendung
The Rix Astroflex M51 Top is suitable for machining rust- and acid-resistant steels, high-alloy materials, and non-ferrous metals. Available in widths ranging from 34 x 1.10 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm with variable tooth spacing from 0.75/1.25 to 3/4 ZpZ. The tooth pitch is selected based on the material’s cross-section and wall thickness. Custom-cut strips and discounts available upon request.
