Rix Astroflex M51
The RIX Astroflex M51 is a universal bi-metal band saw blade for materials with a tensile strength of up to 1,600 N/mm². Thanks to their high cobalt and tungsten content, the tooth tips offer exceptional resistance to thermal and mechanical wear. As a result, the band achieves high cutting performance even with materials that are difficult to cut and during long cutting times.

- For materials with a tensile strength of up to 1,600 N/mm²
- Cutting edge remains stable up to approx. 700 °C
- Widths ranging from 27 to 80 mm
Rix Astroflex M51 Anwendung
The Rix Astroflex M51 is used for sawing tool steel as well as rust- and acid-resistant steels. Available in widths ranging from 27 x 0.90 mm to 67 x 1.60 mm with variable tooth patterns of 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, and 4/6 ZpZ. Equally suitable for single and bundle cuts. Custom-cut strips and discounts available upon request.
