FormPunch DD
The RIX FormPunch DD punches the double-D shape—a round hole with two opposing flat sections. The dual-sided guide accommodates higher torques than the single-D shape and securely holds even larger components in place. Four sizes are available, ranging from 19.53 x 16.3 mm to 34.93 x 28.58 mm.
- Two flattened areas for maximum protection against twisting
- Four sizes ranging from 19.53 x 16.3 to 34.93 x 28.58 mm
- For sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic
- Pilot hole: 10, 15, or 18 mm, depending on size
- Manually or hydraulically operated
FormPunch DD Anwendung
Anywhere where larger components need to be securely fastened to prevent twisting: connectors, mounting enclosures, and antenna and sensor feed-throughs in control cabinet, machine, and enclosure construction. A single stroke is all it takes to create the finished opening.
