FormPunch Submin-D
The RIX FormPunch Submin-D creates the complete cutout for D-Sub connectors in a single stroke—including the two side screw holes. The punch and die are precisely matched, resulting in a dimensionally accurate cutout with clean edges—no filing or rework required. Available for all standard pin counts from 9- to 50-pin.
- Pre-cut D-Sub cutout in a single operation
- Sizes for 9-, 15-, 25-, 37-, and 50-pin connectors
- For sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic
- Pilot hole: 10 mm; material thickness up to 2.0 mm
- Manually or hydraulically operated
FormPunch Submin-D Anwendung
In control cabinet and control system construction, in machine cabling, and wherever signal and data lines are routed out of the enclosure via D-Sub interfaces. The connector can be screwed directly into the punched-out opening.
